We have continuously invested over the years one percent of our annual revenue with the aim of strengthening this important area of business performance, placing emphasis on employee personal development plans (PDPs), internal talent management, leadership development for managers and employee performance management. Commitment to maintaining its investment in staff training, while many companies cut their training budgets, we have increased our commitment to staff development programmes as part of our strategy to maintain the highest standards in client care and advice.
